The Buffalo Flag Football League, currently in its 11th season, is WNY’s #1 outdoor recreational 8-on-8 men’s flag football league. It fosters competitive flag football in a safe, family-friendly environment.
Each season consists of 10-12 teams, starts in May and is played through July. Currently, registration for the 2023 is closed, with the season kick-off being May 20th. Click here to contact the league for more information on how to register for the 2024 season, or become a referee.
Week 1 is 5/20 and the championship game is currently slated for TBD, with the top x teams making the playoffs.
